What should I expect?

Parking is available at our shop where we will have a brief introduction before heading out to meet the coos. Depending on your tour length, there will be a short talk, brushing, feeding, and lots of picture taking.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds, but we will make every effort to help you reschedule. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours ahead of your scheduled visit.

What should I wear?

Closed toe shoes are a must. The terrain can be uneven, muddy, and slick. Beyond that, we always suggest bringing layers as the weather can change quickly.

Can I take professional photos?

Definitely! But not during our tours. If you would like to take pictures with a professional photographer or if you would like to take commercial photos, please reach out to schedule a time.

Are kids or pets allowed?

Kids are absolutely allowed. Please keep them within reach as animals can be unpredictable in their behavior. Pets are not allowed on the property. Please do not bring any animals with you.
